Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Handt accepts returns on products purchased directly from Handt, provided they were delivered to the purchaser without any damage or defects. Unless otherwise specified, standard returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Condition of Return: Products must be returned in new condition, meaning they must be unused, free from wear, damage, or alterations at the time they are received by Handt. Items not meeting this requirement will not qualify for return, and no refund will be issued.

• Return Shipping Responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Handt is not liable for products lost or damaged during return shipping. All risk remains with the purchaser until the product is successfully delivered to Handt.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received at a designated Handt facility and confirmed to be in new condition. Please allow sufficient time for Handt to inspect the product and process the refund. Refunds will cover the product cost only; return shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECT RETURN POLICY

Handt accepts returns on products purchased directly from Handt that were delivered to the purchaser in defective condition. Unless otherwise specified, defect returns are subject to the following conditions

Warranty Claim: The purchaser must first activate their lifetime warranty. After which, they must submit a warranty claim detailing the product defect, which can be done at shophandt.com/pages/file-warranty-claim.

• Return Shipping Responsibility: The purchaser is responsible for any upfront return shipping costs. Handt is not liable for products lost during return shipping. All risk of loss remains with the purchaser until the product is successfully delivered to Handt.

• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received at a designated Handt facility and verified to have been delivered in defective condition. Please allow sufficient time for Handt to inspect the return and process the refund. Handt will issue a full refund for the product and reimburse the purchaser for any reasonable return shipping costs incurred in returning the product to the nearest Handt location.
